MACARONI – SCRUMPTIOUS FLAVOUR IN 10 MINUTES

Ingredients:
- macaroni – 50 g per person
- broccoli – 100 g per person
- cooking cream – if the pack is large, you can use half of it
- spices: salt, oregano, ground black pepper, curry
- olives and fresh parsley for decoration
Preparation:
Put the macaroni in a pot of boiling water. Once they soften, drain them in a colander and rinse with cold water so they don’t stick together.
While the macaroni are cooking, take a pan, chop the broccoli, add the cooking cream, season it, and cook for about 2 minutes.
Mix the macaroni with the sauce, serve on a plate, and add olives, parsley, or cheese if you like.
