We love summer, but sometimes it is challenging to deal with the hot weather and to have enough energy to prepare both beautiful and easy meals.
But you don’t have to spend your time and energy because I have an idea that you will love. Breakfast in just 5 minutes? Looks outstanding and tasty? Yes and yes. Let’s have a look at what I am going to offer you.
Ingredients:
Sliced tuna in a can
Cucumber
Tomato
Unroasted sunflower seeds
Slices of bread

Preparation:
The easiest breakfast ever.
Put the tuna in the bowl, slice the cucumbers, the tomatoes and the bread.
Add everything to the bowl.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
