THREE CHEESE-TORTELLINI RECIPE – A FLAVOUR TO REMEMBER!
I tried this dish in a restaurant and I certainly remembered the flavour. And when you remember something exactly as it is, that means that you have really connected with it. Why? Because it is outstanding!
Three-cheese tortellini is my stand-out dish that I wanted to recreate at home. I remember the creamy sauce and the touch of garlic, so I went to the supermarket and bought the following things:
- 400 g three-cheese tortellini (for two people)
- 250 ml cooking cream
- garlic powder

How I prepared it:
I placed the tortellini in a pot and brought them to boiling. They boiled for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a pan I put the cooking cream and added salt, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and curry. I stirred it on the stove for about 2 minutes.
I drained the water from the tortellini, added them to the creamy sauce, and mixed it together.
The flavour?
The same as from the restaurant!
