What do you need for this recipe? The ingredients are simple and easy to find, you probably already have them in your kitchen. And simple is always best, isn’t it?
Ingredients:
- cocoa powder (one teaspoon per person)
- sugar (one teaspoon per person)
- vanilla sugar (one small packet)
- salt (a pinch)
- crushed biscuits (depending on the texture you want)
- water (¼ cup per person)
- milk (½ cup per person)
- cinnamon (for sprinkling at the end)
- whipped cream
Preparation:
Put the water in a pot, then add the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Whisk (or use a spoon) and stir until it starts to boil.
Take the glasses you want to serve in and pour in half a glass of cold milk. Then sprinkle a layer of crushed biscuits on top.
Next, add the hot cocoa mixture.
Add another layer of crushed biscuits. Finally, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little cinnamon for a rich, divine flavour.
