AN ITALIAN TASTE THAT WILL SEDUCE YOU IN A SECOND!

This blog will satisfy your cravings more than well! Get ready to dive into Italian cuisine that will whet your appetite. What else could it be, if not the best of Italian taste? Lasagna, of course!

Ingredients:

  • Lasagna sheets
  • Minced meat
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato sauce
  • Cheese
  • Spices: salt, vegeta, oregano, black pepper, chili, turmeric

Preparation:

First, take a pan and prepare the sauce. Chop the onion and carrots, then add the mushrooms and minced meat to the pan. Season everything and cook until it is well combined and nicely browned.

Then, add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

To soften the lasagna sheets, place them in hot water one by one for about a minute.

Next, arrange a layer of lasagna sheets in a baking tray and spread the sauce over them. Repeat the process to create two more layers. I usually make three layers, but you can add more if you like.

Finish with a layer of sauce on top and place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15–20 minutes.

Finally, serve on a plate and grate cheese on top.
