QUESADILLA WITH MINCED MEAT – THE DISH YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH!
Quesadilla, or what? How can you not love this Mexican dish when the taste is outstanding and preparing it will not take more than 40 minutes of your precious time? Let’s see what ingredients we need.

Ingredients:
4 tortillas (for 8 pieces)
300 g minced meat
150 g tomato sauce
Spices: salt, vegeta, black pepper, oregano, parsley
Yellow cheese (kashkaval or any melting cheese), grated
Cucumbers, fresh peppers, and olives for garnish

Preparation:
Place the minced meat in a pan with a little oil and fry it for about 20 minutes. Once it turns reddish-brown, add the spices and tomato sauce. Let it simmer for another 20 minutes.
Take one tortilla and fill it with the meat sauce, but be careful not to overfill it. Sprinkle grated yellow cheese on top. Fold the tortilla in half and then cut it into smaller pieces.
You can enjoy it with Greek yogurt or a fresh salad.
