FRESH LETTUCE & CABBAGE SALAD
Spring is blooming, and so should our healthy eating habits. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I prepare salads all the time—and this lettuce and cabbage salad is my favourite this spring.
Here’s how you can prepare it:

Preparation:
Rinse the lettuce and slice it.
Slice the cabbage as well.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the salad and season it with salt and Vegeta.
Add cheese and olives.
Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
