RICE WITH BROCCOLI
Since rice is one of the healthiest ingredients, I prepare it quite often.
It can be prepared in many different ways. Here’s an idea that is a perfect blend of flavours, and if you love broccoli, you will absolutely love it!
Grab your pan and…3,2,1…. let’s start!
Ingredients:
- Rice – half a ladle per person
- Broccoli – depends on how much you like broccoli, I use one cup
- Sausages – depending on your preference, I use two
- Spices: salt, vegeta, oregano, black pepper, curry
- Cheese and olives as side dish

Preparation:
In a pot, pour water, place it on the stove and bring it to a boil. While waiting, chop the broccoli and the sausages and place them in a pan with oil.
Fry them for about 2 minutes, then add the rice and season it. Stir it for about 1 minute and add the hot water from the pot.
Leave it on the stove until the water evaporates. I put cheese and olives sprinkled with oregano to enhance the already pefect flavour!
