If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast and you love oats and nuts, this idea is perfect for you. It takes just 3 minutes to prepare and will keep you full for at least 4 hours, as it is very nutritious.

This isn’t just one fixed combination—you can add whatever nuts and fruits you have at home. Here’s how I prepared it:

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Oats
  • Banana
  • Honey
  • Almonds
  • Flaxseed crackers
  • Roasted coated peanuts (I tried them, but I wouldn’t add them again as they are quite salty)

Preparation:

Slice the banana, add as much oats as you like, and then add the Greek yogurt. Drizzle with honey and place the nuts on top.
