TORTILLAS WITH CHICKEN STEAK
This is one of my favourite dishes, especially when I make it after a run and I’m starving. This meal fills me immediately with both energy and enjoyment. It’s not rocket science to make it, and what’s more important is that it is super delicious.
Ingredients: (for 2 people)
- 1 chicken fillet / chicken steak
- 1 carrot 2 tortillas (this time I used whole wheat tortillas)
- Tomato sauce
- Oil
- Spices: salt, Vegeta, black pepper, curry, oregano, parsley
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Greek yogurt

Preparation:
Take the chicken steak. If it has been in the freezer, take it out about 30 minutes before cooking so it can defrost and be easier to cut into cubes.
Once diced, drizzle with oil and place it in a pan to fry. After about 10 minutes, add the spices. Then add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
When the meat is ready, place it on the tortillas. You can also add lettuce and Greek yogurt. I love this combination. You can either wrap the tortillas or eat them with a fork on a plate.
Bon appétit!
